This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Cornish & Devine Football (ABN 85 240 965 292), including football training sessions, coaching programs, game analysis services, and community memberships.
By booking or purchasing any services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Training Sessions
Individual training sessions are eligible for a money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund, no questions asked.
Refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe following the session.
Cornish & Devine Football reserves the right to process refunds at its discretion and may request basic feedback to help improve our program.
2. Programs & Subscriptions
All program and subscription payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
• 10-week training programs • Monthly subscription packages • Any other structured program offerings
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel:
• Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period • No partial refunds will be provided • Future billing will stop after cancellation
Failure to attend sessions within a program or subscription does not qualify for a refund.
3. Game Analysis Services
All game analysis purchases are non-refundable.
Because game analysis is a digital service that is delivered upon completion, all sales are final.
If there is a genuine issue with the delivery of your analysis, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
4. Online Community
All online community membership payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership at any time.
If you cancel:
• Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period • No partial refunds will be provided • Future billing will stop after cancellation
Failure to use the community does not qualify for a refund.
5. Cancellation Fees
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, cancellations made:
• On the same day as an afternoon or evening session, or • After 7:00pm the night prior to a morning session
Will incur the full session fee.
Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Cornish & Devine Football.
6. Payment & Processing
All payments are collected prior to sessions via Stripe.
Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe. If for any reason a Stripe refund cannot be completed, the refund may be processed via bank transfer.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us first at:

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in:
• Loss of access to all services • Account suspension • Permanent removal from programs
